A dedicated human resources team ensures these referrals reach appropriate destination on time with certain eligibility criteria in place. Every matching referral hired by “The Rapids Group” – be it a direct hire or 3+ month contract position can earn you a check for $1,000. Your $1,000 referral check is issued 90 days from the position’s official start date and will be contingent upon the referral working in their new position for a minimum of 90 days.
